Innovation Project Management
If requested, the implementation and delivery of the new business strategy is managed by Beta. We can also provide shared project management expertise for the new opportunity. This involves one of our consultants actually residing on your team throughout the launch period. In addition to project management personnel, we also provide various training programs to ensure a consistent focus on the innovative outcomes in your product and service organizations.
Mentoring for Quality of Innovation
